I’m going to try and answer this question as objectively as I can. Deep breath, here we go…Bran is the most boring character on Game of Thrones. Even before he became a functional robot, people would groan when the scene would switch to his lil face. Most people were only excited to hear Hodor say “Hodor” and take a shot.
His actor, Isaac Hempstead Wright, does the best he can but the writers screwed him over and gave him practically nothing to do in the last season despite him being, basically, a mind-controlling wizard.

Bran had the potential to be the most magical and interesting character on Game of Thrones but the writers instead chose to make him as bland as the cereal he was named after.
So to answer your question, who has a better story than Bran the Broken:
Literally anybody.
