I dont understand why you would do that to egg yolk or why would would grate it over spaghetti or avocado toast. Latina AF shirt. Not sure blood pressure and other things could handle that salt however, ham is cured in salt (or some of it at least)…..so who’s to say? I actually like food that’s really salty and the chicken looks kind of yummy….in moderation. I will not waste my salt only to use for this cooking style of invention. Does anyone know what the preserved egg yolks taste like? I’m curious to know if they taste the same or if preserving them changes the flavor.
