Easy as that. Buckley’s chance of it ever happening. They’re driving around here, in the countryside, alone in the car, wearing facemasks. There is no hope. Not for a year or two. Then America will be rejoicing in their herd immunity and the endemic status of the thing as with all the other endemic corona viruses and they’ll be loudly and plainly shouting about how the interventions did nothing and it ran its course and they weathered it and they’re alright now…. UK too, I’d think. Big ‘experiment’ going on now. No need for any of the USA and UK theatrics, of course. The truth has been demonstrated in many other countries. But, you know, who else do we look to but the USA? Who else do we obey but the USA mass media? The shameful behaviour is one thing. The enormous cost is another.
